Is there financial support available? 

Yes, Eckhart Teachings provides financial assistance for all of our digital courses and programs, including the Eckhart Tolle Now Membership.


We understand financial hardships and want to support all those on the path of awakening. Limited full scholarships and partial scholarships are available to those with legitimate financial needs for the virtual program.


To apply for a scholarship, please send an email to support@eckharttolle.com, request a scholarship application, and we will send you an application form.  

How do I access my account?

To access your account, click Sign In at the top right of the page and enter your email address. You can request a sign-in link be sent to your email address to sign in without the need for your password or you can enter your password without requesting a sign-in link. If you had an Eckhart Tolle Now membership on the old platform and it's your first time logging in, you can use the reset password link to create a new password or request a sign-in link. 

How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, click Sign in with password and then click on set new password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the email, click Reset Password, and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page. If you have trouble remembering your password, you can also use our Passwordless Sign-In option by requesting a Sign-In Link on the login page.

How do I access my content?

Once you sign in to your account, you’ll be able to navigate to your content from the home page. If you’re an Eckhart Tolle Now member, you will be able to navigate to all of the videos belonging to the Eckhart Tolle Now membership from the home page. We also recommend using the search bar to find videos on topics you’re interested in. If you have purchased an online course or program or an audio collection, you’ll find them in the Going Deeper: Online Learning Programs or Audio Programs & Video Collections sections. You can also use the My Products option on the menu bar on desktop to view any program or collection you’ve purchased.

How do I access and use Eckhart AI? 

Eckhart Tolle Now members can access Eckhart AI on both desktop and mobile devices. 

On desktop, once you sign in to your membership, you will see Eckhart AI on the right of the menu bar at the top of every page. Click Eckhart AI, and you will be redirected to the page where you can engage with Eckhart AI. 


On your mobile device, once you sign in to your membership, click the More button on the bottom menu bar. You will be redirected to the page where you can engage with Eckhart AI. 

To use Eckhart AI, you can choose chat or call and begin engaging in more than 30 languages. 

Can I download videos to save them to my device?

Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device, but you can watch your videos on your mobile device when you’re offline. In order to listen offline, while you're using the mobile app and connected to an internet connection, save the videos you want to watch for offline playback by selecting download on the video. It will then appear on your download list that you can find by clicking Downloads on the home page. 

Why am I experiencing buffering or playback issues?

Buffering or playback issues are often related to your internet connection. We recommend a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for smooth streaming. You can also try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or clearing your cache.

How do I change my notification settings? 

You can change your notification settings on both desktop and mobile.


To manage your email notifications on desktop, click your profile icon in the top right corner, select Email Notifications, and uncheck any notifications you'd like to turn off.


To manage your notifications on mobile, tap More in the bottom menu, then select Notification Settings and toggle off any notifications you'd like to turn off.

Can I create multiple accounts with the same email address?
No, each email address can only be associated with one account. If you believe you already have an account and can’t remember the login details, please use the Forgot Password link.
How do I pause or cancel my recurring subscription?

To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.

How do I change my membership plan or update my billing information?
To change your membership plan or update your billing information, sign into your account and click Profile at the top right. Then, select Purchases. To change your membership plan, click on Manage Plan under the Membership section and follow the prompts to switch to a different option. To update your billing information, click on Change Payment Method under the Payment Method section and enter your new billing details.
Why is my credit card being declined?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing and, therefore, may be denied. If you need more support, please feel free to email us at support@eckharttolle.com, and we'd be happy to help. 

What is the Refund Policy for Eckhart Tolle Now Memberships?

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and adjusting the automatic billing setting.  Please email us at support@eckharttolle.com to confirm its cancellation if you do not receive an email confirming your cancellation.


If you'd like to cancel your membership, we're happy to offer a refund for your most recent charge. You'll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period.


For any programs, courses or events purchased from Eckhart Teachings, refund details are shared on the purchase page where applicable.

What is the refund policy for any course I purchased?

Try the course risk-free. If you complete more than half the course, and find it’s not right for you, simply contact us at support@eckharttolle.com for a full refund.

If I cancel my Eckhart Tolle Now membership, will I still have access to the online program I purchased?

Yes, even if your Eckhart Tolle Now membership is cancelled,you will always have access to the course you purchased.
